THE METHOD
Make it repeatable.
Then make it better.
Start small enough to measure. Expand when the process, evidence and people are ready—not when the feature list gets longer.
- 01
Map one useful process
Choose an outcome, name an owner and document the steps from lead to close. Keep the source, audience and offer visible.
Output: an approved process and a definition of done.
- 02
Define the evidence
Agree on stage definitions, required fields, timing, costs and the decision rule before judging the numbers. Separate missing data from failure.
Output: a baseline measurement plan.
- 03
Run the work and check it
Give each action clear instructions and an accountable person. Collect evidence and use another person to review it. Failed QA leads to rework or focused practice.
Output: a traceable result, not just a checked box.
- 04
Improve, then repeat
Look for a process problem, a training need or a data gap. Change one identified part, document the reason and compare a suitable period of results.
Output: a recorded decision to continue, improve or stop.
- 05
Automate the proven parts
Connect services only when access, approvals, safe retries and failure handling are ready. Keep human review where the risk requires it.
Output: bounded automation with a visible owner and recovery path.
The discipline of a larger operation. Sized for your business.
We draw useful practices from Lean Six Sigma: clear definitions, fewer errors, measured improvement and ongoing checks. That is a working approach—not a certification or a promise of zero defects.
