Studio is the workspace. Cubes are the repeatable customer processes inside it. Your Smart Data Department connects the work to the result.
A social post, an event or an advert can start the journey. The cube defines what happens after that: who acts, what they do, and what proves the next step is ready.

ANATOMY OF A CUBE
Each cube is authored as a reusable operating method. A business installs it, fills the approved setup slots and runs the work; it does not have to invent a process builder from scratch.

See observed progress, recorded effort and the evidence behind it. A completed task is not a sale. An observed payment is not automatically reconciled revenue.
TRUTHFUL STATUS
Studio is designed so a promising signal cannot quietly become a completed result. The distinction is part of the operating method, not small print.
GOOD FIRST CUBES
The right first process is useful, repeatable and small enough to observe. These are examples from the current two7 template foundation, not claims about a customer’s results.
Use a verified report to explain a measured gap, qualify the need and hand a paid diagnostic to delivery.
Name one costly workflow, establish its impact and close a bounded audit with explicit scope and evidence.
Move a sourced enquiry through fit, scope, acceptance, verified payment and a clear delivery handoff.
CURRENT AVAILABILITY
Studio has business workspaces, fixed roles, template installations, assigned work, training, independent QA and recorded customer evidence.
Connected accounting, payments, social publishing, managed sign-in and AI calling are not included as live integrations yet. They need provider setup and testing. Custom role designs are drafts, not active permissions.
